Your data is yours. On cancellation you can export a full copy of all patient records, encounters, and billing data in standard formats (PDF, CSV, JSON). We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation before permanent deletion, as required by PHIPA.

Yes. All data is stored and processed exclusively in Canadian data centres. Sky Chamber is PIPEDA and PHIPA compliant. We never share patient data with third parties, and no data crosses international borders.

Yes. Our onboarding team assists with data migration from most Canadian EHR systems. Professional and Clinic plans include free assisted migration. Solo plan users can migrate via CSV import or contact support for assisted migration at $199 flat.
